​yin yoga
The 5,000 year old practice of yoga is for everybody, regardless of your age, experience or fitness level

Hatha & Vinyasa ​

Both hatha and vinyasa link breath, poses, and movement. Vinyasa is faster paced while hatha moves through flows slowly. 

Yin Yoga

Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga targets the the body's connective tissue, joints, and fascia. ​This practice consists of mostly floor poses that are held for about 5-8 minutes at a time.

Restorative 

Restorative Yoga is a series of  a few poses, targeted to relax the whole body or target problem areas. Multiple comfy props, such as bolsters and blankets are used to assist you in holding poses for longer periods of time. Restorative classes are also a great time to meditate.
