Yin YogaInspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga targets the the body's connective tissue, joints, and fascia. This practice consists of mostly floor poses that are held for about 5-8 minutes at a time.

RestorativeRestorative Yoga is a series of a few poses, targeted to relax the whole body or target problem areas. Multiple comfy props, such as bolsters and blankets are used to assist you in holding poses for longer periods of time. Restorative classes are also a great time to meditate.
